1979 Honda CX 500 Low Miles Tax Mot Exempt
1979 Honda CX500 with just 20,599 on the clock. UK bike with V5 in my name and registered as a historic vehicle. Although MOT and tax exempt it has a current MOT until 10/10/2023 as I wanted to make sure it was in road worthy condition.
A pair of new Michelin Road Classic tyres were fitted and the oil+filter changed last year. The exhaust silencers and H transfer section, battery, brake master cylinder and flexi hoses, mirrors and brake linings were replaced shortly before I owned the bike.
A genuine Honda rear carrier is fitted at the moment but I also have the original grab rail with indicator mountings which will come with the sale. The front mudguard is not original but is in good condition with the brake hose mounts in place.
A nice example of an early CX500 which I have used over the past year without any issues, however due to its age I cannot offer any guarantee.
