This 1979 Honda CBX1000 has recently been imported from North America and is said to have only 18185 miles, although this cannot be confirmed. The bike is complete with non-standard parts such as the Keihin CR Special carburetor and Kerker exhaust system. However, the tank has dents and the tail piece has a small hairline crack. The wheels are in good condition with straight rims, clean alloy, working brakes, and good discs and calipers. The forks and yokes look straight with good chrome. The paintwork is slightly faded but solid, and the fuel tank is clean inside. The engine started and ran when a charged battery and fresh fuel were added. The seller is offering the option to switch the CR Special carburetor for a standard CBX1000 carburetor. The bike is being sold as a “spares or repairs” item due to its age and condition.
