This is a 1979 Garelli Katia MK 50cc moped that has been sympathetically restored. The framework and tank have been rubbed down and resprayed to the original red color. The chromework has faded but is still good and has a normal age-related finish. The bike has been stripped down and renovated and has a brand new clutch, reconditioned carb, new rear light, and new electrical points.
It starts and runs fine with good acceleration, with no problems. A spare carb is also included.
As this moped is over 40 years old, it is exempt from road tax and does not require an MOT. It is currently registered as SORN.
