This 1978 Kawasaki KZ400A Deluxe is a sought-after bike that has recently been imported from North America where it has spent all its life, benefiting from a kinder climate. Although the mileage is listed as 22632, we have been unable to confirm this. The bike is in need of restoration, with some missing parts and signs of wear and tear such as faded paintwork, perished tyres, and a mucky and dented tank. However, the bike is complete and in good condition, with straight wheels, clean chrome rims, good hubs and brake plates, a working master cylinder, straight forks and yokes, solid mudguards, good taillight and headlight, tidy indicators and chain guard, and a cosmetically clean engine that turns over nicely with compression.
