As you can see this bike has a few parts missing – Ignition key, mirrors, tail lens & battery being the most obvious. It has stood a while, so the paintwork is faded, tank is mucky inside & the front brake lever is broken.

But now for the good news………The wheels are straight with fairly clean chrome rims, good hubs & brake plates. Forks & yokes look straight with good chrome. Mudguards are both but faded. Headlight & hangers are solid. Instruments & switches look ok. Carburettor is free sliding off the twist grip. Exhaust is original & solid. Seat base is in good enough condition to restore. Indicators are tidy. The engine is cosmetically quite clean, it turns over nicely off the kick starter – sounds/feels great & has compression BUT BEST OF ALL when we hooked it up to a good battery & fed it fresh fuel/oil from a dummy tank, gave it a few prods it fires, starts, runs & revs but the kill switch & ignition will not turn it off!!!.
