I am selling my collection, which includes a fantastic 1978 first model CX500Z. It’s a shame to part with it, but it’s time to let it go. I found it in a shed 5 years ago, and it was all complete and hadn’t been altered in any way. I had it totally restored, and the engine was professionally built by a local motorcycle restorer for £1850. It runs like it did when I had one in 1979. If you’re looking for the best CX in the country, come and have a look! I’m sorry, but I can’t offer test rides. However, I’m quite happy to take you up the road. No expense has been spared in this restoration.
