This is a 1977 Yamaha RD400 with matching numbers. It was imported from the US with a Nova and all duties paid. The bike is in great oily rag condition, ideal for a restoration project or can be recommissioned and used as is. It’s largely original apart from the exhausts. The engine and frame are matching numbers, and the engine is clean with no damage. The wheels are in good condition, the fuel tank is original and in its original paint, the side panels are clean and original, the seat has been recovered, the tin work is tidy, the clocks are nice, the forks are tidy, and the brakes function as they should.
