1977 Rare Kawasaki KE250B
A lovely rare Kawasaki KE250B1 from the year, 1977. Brought over in 2020 and registered in Jan 2021 as a historic motorcycle, so no tax or MOT’s.
This is a very clean motorcycle. Engine is very quiet and the exhaust is solid.
The original rear indicators are missing and replaced with cheaper units. I suppose the first things to go are the rear indicators if the bike fell over, but new units are readily available if required to make it standard again.
Front mudguard could do with a bit of fettling, but really, it’s nit picking. A rub down and a spray will make it like new.
What is a joy to see, is the original toolkit holder, complete with tool bag and tools :). These must be pretty rare?
Petrol tank and paint is extremely good, as is the frame and swing arm. Tyres are not too old and still have the bobbles. Wheels are original items.
Chain sprockets are good too. Seat is excellent. Looks like fairly new shockers have been fitted recently.
Starts and runs great. All electrics are in order.
