I have decided to reduce my collection of classic 2 strokes so here we have for sale my lovely little Yamaha RD200 electric in metallic blue. Imported from the USA and registered in the UK in May 2019. Restored but retaining original parts wherever possible i.e. silencers,clocks etc. Paint is excellent and chrome very good. Silencers and chain guard are rust free but do have some age related blemishes. Clock faces have suffered with the hot US sun (see photos) but can easily be replaced. Face overlays are available to do the job. The engine starts on the button (or kick start) runs and rides as it should and needs to be revved to appreciate how quick these little bikes were. Brakes are surprisingly good for a bike of this era. Ridden during the summer months and stored for the winter. Ideal first bike for a classic 2 stroke fan. Tax and MOT exempt.
