As you can see this bike has a few parts missing – mirrors, indicators, LH side panel and tank emblems being the most obvious. We also noticed; there are a couple of small dents in the tank, the seat cover is perished, much of the bright chrome is pitted and the seat looks a bit rotten but what looks like an attempt at a repair is evident.

But now for the good news……… The wheels are straight but the chrome has some rust spots, good hubs and working brakes. The forks and yokes look straight, the LH gator is intact but the RH gator is split, showing good chromed forks. The tail light assy is good as are the headlight but the chrome bowl is badly pitted and peeling. Instruments and switches look ok. The carburettors are free sliding off the twist grip. The paintwork is non standard, fuel tank looks useably clean inside. The chain guard is tidy. Both mud guards are solid but pitted. The standard exhaust is solid. The engine is cosmetically clean. We have had it firing/running on a rolling road because the kick mechanisim slips but we haven’t had it ticking over.
