47 year old Honda Cb250k twin, rare UK bike not an import, registered historic so no MOT needed and road tax is free. It was fitted witg a cb350 engine, The 350 and 250 are essentially the same bike apart from a few differences with the engine, so this bike is no different than any other 350. I think it was for licence reasons as you could ride up to a 250cc back then? Not sure but heard this was common practice by the youth back in the day.
It has been sitting in my garage for a couple of months now and needs to go as i wont have the time to restore it and need some cash flow. It doesn’t run although I did manage to get it fired up briefly when I bought it. The engine turns with compression however the cluch cover is cracked and needs replacing, i will supply the replacment. I will also supply a upgraded regulator rectifore from comon moto and on youtube there are tutorial how to fit it. I dont really want to sell as i wanted to turn it into a scrambler but i really need the money at this point in time. Reasonable offers are going to be considered. Any questions please let me know.
