The Harley Davidson Sportster 1972 Ironhead for sale is being sold as a project or for spares/repairs. The previous owner has had the bike since 2018 and has ridden it for hundreds of miles, however, the bike has been sitting in the garage since last summer as it has started slipping clutch, which the previous owner has not resolved. The paintwork is not in great condition and it has oil leaks and other quirks typical of a bike of this age. The bike has a right-hand shift and can be started using the starter motor or kickstart, but the kicker clips the exhaust. The numbers on the bike match the V5/logbook, but it is not a matching numbers bike.
