As you can see this bike is remarkably original & nearly complete missing just its mirrors. It has stood a while, so the battery is flat, paintwork is faded, tank is a bit mucky inside, Exhaust silencer box & heat shield are pitted.

But now for the good news………This is the actual bike you are bidding on – not library pictures from 52 years ago & it is every bit as nice as it looks here…..A true time warp machine!. The wheels are straight with nice clean chrome rims, good hubs & brake plates. Forks & yokes look straight. Mudguards are both solid & are quite tidy. Taillight assy is good as are the headlight & hangers. Instruments & switches look ok. Carburettors are free sliding off the twist grip. Paintwork is slightly faded but solid, fuel tank is in need of a good flush clean inside and has just minor dents/marks & scratches in the original paint. Exhausts are original & solid. Seat base is in very good condition throughout. Indicators are tidy. Chain guard is tidy. The engine is cosmetically clean, it turns over nicely off the kick starter – sounds/feels great & has compression but best of all when we hooked it up to a good battery & fed it fresh fuel from a dummy tank, gave it a few prods it fires, starts, runs & revs but it is obvious the carbs need attention as they were leaking fuel.
